Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not sell, transfer, share, exploit, or misuse accounts. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account creates risk for the game or other players.
Player Conduct
Realm Rascals is a competitive social game. You may battle, raid, hire allies, join clans, and chat within the rules of the game. You may not harass, threaten, impersonate others, post hateful content, share sexual content, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, interfere with servers, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Virtual Currency And Items
Realm Gems, gold, Rune Shards, Motes, Rascal Silver, raid drops, heroes, spells, buildings, avatars, and other virtual items have no cash value and are licensed for use inside Realm Rascals only. Apple handles App Store purchases. Except where required by law or Apple policy, purchases are final after delivery.
Moderation And Enforcement
We may review reports, chat, account activity, battle activity, purchase records, and technical logs to enforce these Terms, protect players, prevent cheating, and keep the service stable. Enforcement may include warnings, chat restrictions, item adjustments, account suspension, or account termination.
Game Ownership
Realm Rascals, its artwork, code, characters, names, systems, design, text, and related content are owned by Mruballos LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the game except as allowed by law or written permission.
Service Limits
We work to keep Realm Rascals available and fair, but the game may change, pause, fail, or be discontinued. Balance changes, bug fixes, economy resets, reward corrections, and content updates may happen when needed for gameplay, security, or stability.
Legal Terms
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Realm Rascals is provided as-is. Mruballos LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game. Some rights cannot be limited by these Terms, and those rights remain yours.
