Information We Collect
Realm Rascals may collect account information such as player name, email address or sign-in identifier, user ID, device push notification token, gameplay progress, inventory, purchases, clan activity, leaderboard placement, achievements, and support messages.
The game includes social features. World chat, clan chat, private messages, profile text, clan names, clan descriptions, reports, blocks, and moderation records may be stored so the game can operate safely.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, save progress, run multiplayer features, process in-app purchases, send game updates, prevent abuse, moderate chat, provide support, troubleshoot bugs, and improve gameplay balance and performance.
How Information Is Shared
Some game information is visible to other players, including player names, avatar artwork, clan membership, selected achievements, leaderboard rank, public chat messages, and battle or raid results where the game shows them. Private messages are shown only to the players in that conversation, subject to moderation and safety needs.
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, crash diagnostics, purchase validation, push notifications, and customer support. We do not sell personal information.
In-App Purchases
Realm Rascals offers optional Realm Gem purchases. Apple processes App Store payments. We receive purchase confirmation details needed to grant purchased items and support purchase issues.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Realm Rascals may send alerts about attacks, steals, scouts, assassinations, clan applications, rewards, and other game events. You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings.
Your Choices
You can update in-game settings, mute sounds and haptics, block players from private messaging, and contact us for help with account or privacy requests. Some records may be kept when needed for security, anti-abuse, legal compliance, or accurate game history.
Children
Realm Rascals is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate permission, we will take steps to delete it.
