Need help with your account, purchases, player safety, clan issues, or gameplay bugs? Send a message and include your player name if you have one.

For Realm Gem purchase problems, include the purchase date, package, Apple receipt status, and your player name.

For account recovery or login trouble, send the player name, approximate creation date, and device model.

Use in-game block controls for private messages. Report harassment or abusive chat with player names and screenshots when possible.
